This training is four weekly one and a half hour sessions from Tuesday, 2/21/23 at 7:30 PM ET to 9:00 PM ET through Tuesday, 3/14/23 at 7:30 PM ET to 9:00 PM ET. The cost is $40 total for all four sessions. Training options available are:

Feb 21, 28, Mar 7, 14 (Tuesdays) 7:30 - 9:00 EST

Mar 21, 23, 28, 30 (Tues/Thurs) 7:30 - 9:00 EST

Apr 4, 11, 18, 25, May 2, 9 (Tues) 7:30-8:30 EST
